Our official business days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are considered non-working days for Hera Jewellery and our shipping partners.

Delivery Process
Hera Jewellery mainly delivers orders through third-party shipping companies to ensure timely and secure delivery. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

If you have an urgent order, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Price Disclaimer for Unpaid Orders
Please note that prices of unpaid orders are subject to change depending on market fluctuations.

Order Receipt
Upon delivery, we will request a signature on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the order. Delivery will be made to the registered address provided at checkout, and the signature of any person at that address will be considered confirmation of receipt.

Missed Deliveries
If no one is available at the registered address to receive the order, you will be asked to contact our customer service team to arrange another delivery time.
Please note that the company cannot attempt delivery more than twice.

Hera Jewellery is not responsible for orders that remain undelivered for more than 7 days after the first delivery attempt.
