Do you have a warranty?
Yes! We have a two year coverage warranty from the date of purchase. We’ll take care of your product if any manufacturing faults arise. Just contact us and we’ll make sure to resolve the issue. Please note the warranty does not cover lost items, misuse, or improper storage of your jewelry, and any modification done outside Héra.
If I place an order today how long until I receive it?
It takes from 7 to 10 days for your order to be delivered.
Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?
Please contact us through our Contact Form, or call 01281271111 to accommodate any changes.
What is your return policy?
All our returned and exchanged products are handled through our store. Please contact us beforehand.
We offer a 7 days return or exchange free of charge.
In case of return after that period, we reevaluate the price of the product according to its condition.
Delivery fees are not refundable in the case of a return or exchange.
Do I receive a guarantee with my purchases?
Yes, we guarantee every product with a printed certificate from Héra.
Are your colored stones precious?
Yes! All our Héra products' colored stones are precious stones (i.e…. Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire, Citrine, and Aquamarine)
What metal do you use?
All our products are made of 18k White, Yellow and Rose Gold, stamped by the Egyptian Jewellery Stamping Authority.
What are the color and clarity of the diamonds used in your products?
All our products contain diamonds with a color G and a clarity VS.
Where is your jewellery made?
Héra products are locally made in house.
